Water Dragon

“Come svim vith me! Teh heh heh…”

Here’s my second Photoshop coloring attempt. I put together the reflection, ripples, and background as an afterthought. The main thing I’d like feedback on though is the lighting. How’d I do with the shadows and highlights? Input is appreciated!
