My ValentINE

Yes, this is a few days late, but that’s partly because my wife has been spoiling me so much for the past few days. This was made, once again, on my Nexus 7 using Sketchbook Pro. I’m getting the hang of it I think. It’s not as nice as using photoshop, but it’s great to have something on hand that I can just whip out whenever I feel like drawing or painting something. I’ve been meaning to do a picture of Ine and June kissing for quite some time now (yes… hopeless romantic, right here) but none of the ones I tried turned out right… who knew kissing was that hard to draw? But I finally got something that looks nice and that isn’t extremely awkward. Well… IMHO. Maybe it is to some of you, but I hope not. Dang, I wish I could do better at shading though… I think this one looks okay, but still kind of flat. I like a cell-shaded look, but I feel like this one needs it in a few more places. If anyone has any tips, please share!

Edit: Woops… forgot June’s fin. For a minute there she was even more bald than usual, Lol! I’m kidding June, kidding! tail-whapped! D’oof!
