Ine v 1.0

Just thought I’d post this for funzies. This is the very first concept sketch I ever made of Ine, my Scalesona! Yes, as you can see his name originally was going to be PJ… that’s my nickname in the apartment complex I currently live in. But I went with my nickname on the nets instead. I think Ine is a much better name, lol! Ah yes, and the fish in the lower left corner… It’s my philosophy to never scribble out anything I draw, no matter how poorly drawn it is. That way I can always go back and see my mistakes and learn from them. If I must express displeasure in something I’ve drawn, I “shark” it, meaning I draw a mini-shark going up to eat it, lol!

Wow… I’ve come a long way! Sometimes it’s hard to recognize your progress until you go back and look at something you’ve drawn a ways back. I highly recommend it; it’s very therapeutic!
