When Cuprin was having some trouble wetting the bed as an adult, he was embarassed at the thought of wearing diapers again. But Scarbo helped him feel less self-conscious about it and also helped him find some incontinence briefs that were discreet and comfortable. What a good friend!
This is one of the earliest ABDL-themed commissions I remember doing! Both characters belong to Scarbo.
